Villa Aleva is available for extended stays of 30 to 90 days, providing a comfortable home base for enjoying life in Atenas. Longer stays may be considered on an individual basis.

Villa Aleva has three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Two bedrooms have king-size beds and attached bathrooms.  The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom a few feet away.

Monthly Rate

The rental rate is $2,950 per month year-round, regardless of the season.

Your monthly rent includes:

• Internet 

• Water

• Bi-monthly housecleaning

• Pool maintenance

• Yard and landscape maintenance

Guests are responsible for electricity usage.
 

Families and Pets

Families with children are welcome at Villa Aleva. We also accept small pets with prior approval. An additional fee andpet deposit is required.
 

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received at least 60 days before the scheduled start of the rental period.
 

A damage deposit is required for all stays. The deposit will be refunded following departure and a satisfactory final inspection of the property.
